Business Finland chose PACE
Business Finland invests in supporting, advising and sparring the growth and internationalization of companies with the help of Finnish SaaS platform PACE
Business Finland standardizes customer work and increases efficiency by investing in digital assistance for customer relationship management. For the implementation of the project, Business Finland chose the PACE service platform produced by Rohea Oy.
Customer sparring and analysis is performed both in Finland and in Business Finland's extensive foreign network. The aim of the more detailed analysis and joint sparring performed by Business Finland's experts for the target companies is to form, together with the customer, an accurate picture of the company's internationalization stage, preconditions and key development targets. In this way, customers are most likely to find expert services and forms of financial support that correspond to their own goals in Business Finland's and Team Finland's service offering. At the same time, systematic analysis of customer relationships provides information on the effectiveness of operations and the continuous development of services.
"Business Finland is taking the next step in digitally assisted customer work. Rohea showed an understanding of the solutions needed to develop customer relationships and encounters throughout the procurement process and understood Business Finland's goals. The PACE service platform is a convincing and comprehensive solution for creating digitally assisted customer work." says Tomi Rauste, Senior Director responsible for Business Finland's customer experience.
Rohea's CEO Eero Holmila is pleased with the start of the cooperation: “Business Finland demonstrates open-mindedness by choosing a Finnish SaaS-based software product for this key and important area of operation. The approach chosen by Business Finland is a model example of how customer encounters and the digitalization that supports them will develop in the future. ”
The service will be introduced in stages during the end of 2020 and 2021.
